They have a rule now about all controllers being compatible with all games. Hence why the Stratocaster from Rock Band didn't work in GH 2 or 3, but DOES work in Aerosmith.

Neversoft didn't have a choice.

I didn't care about the RB 1 Strat not working in GH though, I thought the strumbar was terrible.

It's pretty bad, but I don't want to buy another $60 piece of plastic. Bedsides I'm tired of these rhythm games, good thing I didn't spend any money on them.

meh....ive always loved the guitar from gh, but the good news is, if i ever wanna play it.....my friends buyin it since i have both rock band's haha

so im just gonna wait and see how it turns out....

Urm the Gh guitars are better and way more durable.
I don't think you should give up or be bored of them because you haven't really tried to play the hardest songs and beat them flawlessly so really you should not be tired.
GH is completly different than RB in gameplay too, you should try it out a little more.

Oh and Kyle even got his RB Strat broken in the box...
