Well here's the deal: we just aren't picking up new solid members at a rate that is benificial to the progression of guild 25s (specifically naxx) up to ulduar and 10 ulduar. This isn't so much our fault, the server is just too low pop for us to be picking up 5 new/good people a day. We're lucky if we get 2 good people in a week. I at first talked with one of the recruiting officers for Endless, and then with their Co-GM. They need a few more solid players to help round out their core 25s progression team, not to mention they have 2 to 3 ulduar 10s running every week. As well as a full clear 25naxx. The deal would pretty much equal a complete merge. The top players from FP would gear up in the 10s and 25s and join their 25 progression team, whoever doesn't make the cut would gear up from nearly full run 10 ulduar runs, and everyone else that isn't quite at that level yet would just run the other shit with the guild.

I'd like to get everyone's opinions in here as this would be a major change that would affect every single person in the guild. Overall I think it's better for all of us, but that is just my opinion.

Um...I know it would probably leave me guildless, but i'm a noob, so just do whatever will help you guys the most. so long as fire and marz and them are down I say you should do it.

Like i told you in vent, as long as we don't get treated like some randoms they pick up, and this is done classy, I'm all for it. We have a small enough core group of Tessler, Fire, Mozer, Marz, Wes, and I, etc, that we could really make this work and fill that 25man Ulduar and really pwn noobs.

Since I've been out of a guild, Endless has tried to pick me up several times. You guys shouldn't go there. Apply to The Dark Knights like I did.

With Endless I know that at the very least our core is a guarenteed in and more of a roll within the guild. Wheras with TDK people would be left out and we'd have absolutely no say.

I personally like the GM and Co-GM of Endless and have talked to the latter extensively tonight. I'll be talking with both of them tomorrow so, should this be what we do, the xfer goes as smoothly as possible.

If you're completely against the idea or have concerns please do speak up.

That's not what I said. If you are trying to bring all of FP with you, I can understand joining Endless. I know West didn't like me applying to TDK instead of going straight to Endless, but I'll probably end up there with you guys if things don't work out.

It seems as the misconceptions are a common theme each time we speak. Anyways, I only mentioned that as an example of why they aren't one of the best end game guilds to join. I didn't realize you were trying to bring along the rest of Full Pokedex. That's my fault, of course, for not thoroughly reading through the OP.

I know you want to stop bullshitting as much as I do. It's fun to chill with members of QsK, but that can be done outside of raids, or you can even leave your alt in the website guild. Upgrades have been scarce and far in between. I think we should all do ourselves a favor and get into the best guilds possible, better our characters in every way, and eventually all end up in the server-best Alliance guild together. Well, until we all switch to Horde. But everyone plays the game for their own reasons, so do what you want.

I'm going to be on a little bit less than I have been to spend my last summer with my high school friends, but I hope this works out for all of us. I think we all have to remember that it's just a game, me especially.

And to add on a bit to my last post. I know some of the funnest times playing WoW came when I was in RCTA right before and during a raid. I knew what time it was going to be at, who would be there, and that it would be successful. There was no worrying about a lack of people, if we were going to be able to pull it off, etc. And even with these successful raids, I was still able to hang out with you guys. The best of both worlds, if you will.

It is kind of sad that the website guild thing isn't really working out, but it will still be fun if everyone gets into Endless together, or even if we all go to seperate guilds.

I'll go to whatever. I prefer 10 mans to 25 so being able to clear most of 10 Ulduar every week would be nice.
