I have a pinnacle 510 USB and it works great and has good quality. You can use pinnacle with it or you can use virtual dub. Either or works. I think it is about 120 but you can probably find it for cheaper. I would suggest getting a 4-way amp so you can split accordingly. But, you probably already have one of those.

Dazzle platinum. Cheap. Easy to use. Good quality. Although you can only cap through pinnacle software with it, you can still add filters and what not the bump up the quality. Logic has a tutorial on how to get the best possible quality with it, i highly recommend dazzle platinum

I have my Dazzle 170 still, I do not reccomend you getting one...I am either going to get an external ATI or another internal ATI.

The external ATI's put off nice quality, there are tuts for the externals all over H3F.
