Alright, my friends is letting me babysit his Computer for the next few weeks.

He has a HD Graphics card installed on it. Its a NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS.

I'm wondering what it would take to override this card as the primary display device, and be able to use it as a High Def Capture card. It has Component outputs already, is it possible to make these Component Inputs? Thanks for all your help, and I'll answer any questions about this that I can. I'm on Skype and AIM if you want to talk.

I don't think you can turn graphic cards into capture cards.

..and changing an output to an input is like trying to change the flow of a river. :/

Theres a modified version by 'Sparkle'.. but its the GT model. It might shed some light, as you may be able to do something with your one.

And also a website with loads of capture cards listed. No results from NVIDIA :/
