The line coming in from outside gets split two ways, one to my modem and the other to another splitter for all the TVs.

You probably have really good latency then.

System up time = 7 days 22h 03m 00.00s
Ethernet carrier sense xmit errs.1 = 27
Downstream channel ID = 193
Downstream channel frequency = 591000000 Hz
Downstream received signal power = -2.8 dBmV
Upstream channel ID = 6
Upstream channel frequency = 34000000 Hz
SigQu: Signal to Noise Ratio = 35.7 dB
Cable modem status = Operational
Upstream transmit signal power = 44.0 dBmV
Date and Time = 2008-09-11,15:18:20.0
Configuration filename = gold.cm

That is my DOCSIS right now. It's a lot better then it used to be.

What did you do? Odd. The pic didn't show in your post, but the code shows here. Odd. I also forgot that these modems do have rare cases where they just reboot.
