You can do some pretty malicious shit with HTML, hard to find sites nowadays that DO support it.

Yeah, you can screw up a whole page with </td></tr></table>
Some sites do allow HTML, but it's not HTML, it's like BBCODE, but instead the format is HTML - using the same tags, a href, b, img, etc. etc.

You could allow html, but block </td>,</tr>,</table>,</div> (unless a <div> is before, theres scripts for this - don't ask me) also block <iframe>,<frame>, and <style>.
I mean, it would be better. Having tables and crap for some threads.
