Id love a chat box, it would be like a big IM party, and would cut down on a lot of pointless threads of ppl being too lazy to mass PM people

It would help the community in the sense of relationships but it would hurt the forum itself. And as J dik said, the stupid threads comprehend for it. IMO I would say no.
