Try to not use so many different fonts in one piece. Also try not to grab too much attention with the text and keep the focal on what you want people to get out of it.

the people in the pictures are all wearing blue and yellow so im geussing those are your school colors so you should make those the main colors of the peice. maybe you could try using pictures with more people in them. the group shot of the girls is perfect but the one of the person in the hat and the girl shouldnt be on it cause you cant clearly see their faces. the ipod looks like it is just filling space too, it doesnt really fit.
