I liked Palin's speech. Especially, "Senator Obama uses change to promote his career, Senator McCain uses his career to promote change."
NOT taking sides, just thought it was witty.
Side note: She seems real down to Earth and a nice person, however she seems like she can hold her own.

Her speech was delivered well but failed to bring substance to the forefront. She talked about what she did in Alaska, praised McCain and essentially just made fun of Obama. Good I suppose to get the GOP riled up but I feel those not already voting for McCain walked away with nothing.
The more that surfaces about her ultra-conservative views, the more it's going to hurt McCain with more liberal republican voters and independants, as well as any Hillary supporters that aren't yet for Obama.

You don't have a very good grasp of the Republican party. It sounds like you're just taking things that other Democrats are "saying" aka trying to spin, out of her speech. Nothing negative at all has come from this.

I'm relaying what she said, no third party business. She talked about Alaska, praised McCain and jokingly bashed Obama. What she didn't mention is what she plans on bringing to the White House, which is pretty important with regards to voting for a McCain Palin ticket. I'm not spinning a damn thing, she said what she said and for the most part left out any substance.

I remember her saying she would be a voice for disabled children and some other things. She definitely said she would do stuff, as to what that stuff was I completely forgot due to it being on late.

I'm talking about your interpretation not specifically what was said.
