Laptop Sound Help
Can anybody help me out with my laptop? i have a Dell Inspiron, and my sound doesn't work at all. i dont have any idea whats wrong.

try muting it then unmuting, maybe check the mixer and make sure nothing is turned down, or muted.

look on the mixer for wave....that usually can be muted...l

i did all that. none of it worked.
the last time there was sound, was when i was watching a movie. the sound randomly stopped in the middle of it.

you probably got spy ware from a website and its uninstalling your sound drivers. that happened to me.

Go find out what sound driver you need and go download it. happened to my sister a couple weeks ago. I easily found it and burnt to a disk for her.
