There Will be Blood was just the thing I needed to maintain my faith in the movie industry. While the cinematagraphy is no where near that of No Country for Old Men, the acting, dialogue and character depth is amongst the best I've ever seen.
Perhaps it's the personal similarities I seen in both myself and Daniel Day Lewis's character that ignites such praise. Or perhaps it's the many ways in which the piece can be interpreted. Regardless, it's worth the extra $10 to see it again.

I saw it yesterday. It was bomb. The guy that played Eli was REALLY good.

I think I'm gonna see it again tomorrow night. Perhaps I'll be less shocked at the authenticity of the acting so I can focus more on the dialogue.
