Ok i know QsK just got back up on its feet.
But this is one of my main concers.
All the people who were banned on the old QsK are probably gonig to make accounts agian..
I have already seen it
so i am curious as if they will be banned agian or something
Because people were banned for reasons and they should stay banned IMO

The moderators will do as they feel necessary when the time comes for each of those members.

This is a fresh start for everyone as far as I see it. And they will be dealt with as needed.
