PhotoShop
Which Version of Photoshop is the best one to get.. ive been told that the newest version isnt the bets.. so ill leave it up to people who may have used them to decide for me.. =]

Photoshop CS2 is a little easier to understand. Photoshop CS3 is a little harder and a little overwhelming but it had a lot more stuff and features rather then CS2 so it really up to you. Now a days there are so many tutorials anyway so it really doesn't matter what you pick. I have CS3 though and I love it.

I prefer CS3 like Stolen said it has alot more features, it's nicer looking too.

I used CS3 for most of my sigs. Easy to get used to. Just watch some tuts

Yeah, Cs4 is coming out soon, but I use either Cs2 or Cs3. What ever I can get to work on my computer, ha ha.
As of now it's Cs2.
