I would, as long as it didn't harm my budget. Probably use my own money.
LoL Havok. I would give him the rope, because 1. he could die in the winter being homeless and all, 2. hes dieing slowly already with AIDs and 3. it would be a quick and easy death on his part.
I'd take him home. Clean him up. Get him a job to pay for his meds. And not slave him but get him to do stuff every now and then. Homework... that kind of thing. Free classes. Keep him alive. Not use him. I'd give him the rope... after I knew he was going to live the rest of his life better off... just to remind him of what he could have done...

Yeah until you realize that he has AIDS. Of which there is no cure. He would die a slow and painful death. I don't think hanging is right, but an institution or something would be more realistic.

True... an institution yea. I didn't quite think of that. If they have an institution for people like that heck yeah. Sure why not. Housing someone with AIDS... could be scary...
No, I wouldn't give him a rope. Not because I disapprove of suicide, or I would feel guilty, but because there is never a reason not to live your life to the fullest, no matter what happens.
If all that can happen to one person and if they can continue on living, then it is a true testament of the indomitable spirit of the human race.

I would give it to him. I would pay for it. I see nothing wrong with someone ending their own life on their own accord after something like that. Now if it was someone who was just depressed because he couldn't get off of drugs or get their life straight, I wouldn't.
But if this dude lost his family, I would do the same thing.
