They have some sort of automated system I think, because if you give your gamertag and a slot number, they instantly confirm the name, description, everything. I wonder if anyone will ever mod the 360 in a way where they can just get a bunch of them, sync them with PCs and take recording requests without having to use people. That'd be truly amazing.

Judging by the dimensions on the video, they record in HD, something pretty amazing. But, that would take HUGE servers to store that kind of information once the public finds out about it, not to mention the terrible influx of montage kids and "RATE MY GP" videos splattered all over the internet.
