Also don't play Hardcore, even though it might seem fun it doesn't get you better.

You might be thinking M16 what a noob, but thats what I and all the pros use.

Would you say the MP5 is a noob weapon because it is a starter weapon, I don't use the M16 all the time, I ususally change to P90 on Showdown and Backlot.

Don't say any gun is a noob weapon, it's a game get used to who and what you play against.
